1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging.

Reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Perishable or temperature-sensitive items (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, and frozen goods) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
